Farmgirl likes Golden Syrup on her pancakes and it has to be in a pattern. She sometimes requests smily faces, starfish and shells (which are surprisingly difficult...). Her most common request is shown below.

We have pancake morning on a Saturday as well. I started a stupid thing where as my oldest son got his pancake last (he could wait longer than the other two) I compensated by making his pancake in a shape he requested. We started with a star, and it soon became very difficult, with requests for the Millenium Falcon amongst other strange pancake shapes. Finally put a stop to it! It was too hard at 7am....!

Very sweet, in more than one way. I love pancakes too! Saturday and Sunday mornings the mister and I always have a cook up, and coffee, great stovetop coffee. Hope you are well xx
