A Very Literary Cup Of Coffee.

I have been coveting some Penguin book mugs for a little while now.  The Shopping Gods were obviously pleased with me (I think this was because I used my Country Road spend and save voucher to buy towels instead of shoes) and I found these on-line.

Penguin Mugs

They were at a reduced price and obviously really wanted to come and live with me.  So, after a little bit of Visa action, they arrived at the Post Office on Tuesday.  I love them all.  I don't have a real favourite yet but must admit a certain fondness for "The Body In The Library" by Agatha Christie.

They are providing a talking point for any guests and I love the randomness of sticking my hand in the cupboard and seeing which one I get.

My blogging routine has been a bit all over the shop for the last few weeks.  Sometimes my real life gets in the way!  Hopefully things will return to normal soon.  I even have some recipes planned.

Take care and enjoy Thursday.

Oh I love those mugs, but as is regularly pointed out to me, we now have 2.5 cupboards filled with glasses and mugs, which isn't counting the good tea set in the side board. I think I'm banned, so I will just sit and look longingly at yours.

They are fabulous! I was obsessed with Agatha Christie in my early teens and have to agree, it's my favourite too! x

Oh! I never thought I would say this but I actually have coffee cup envy! I haven't seen these before. They are such fun! Enjoy a nice hot chocolate for me in the "My Man Jeeves" cup please x

Goodness I have never seen them before, what a great idea. They must have been earmarked for your cupboard.
